Wellness Workshops
Nature-Based Workshops
Wellness Workshops (professional definition)
Wellness workshops are guided group sessions designed to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. They weave together education, reflection, and practical tools—such as movement, breathwork, mindfulness, or creative expression—so participants leave feeling resourced, grounded, and inspired
- Grounding with the Elements – barefoot earthing, breath with trees, simple rituals with water/stone/earth to reconnect with the natural world.
- Medicine Walk – a slow, mindful walk where participants gather natural items that “speak” to them, then share reflections in circle.
- Nature Mandalas – co-creating group art from leaves, flowers, and found objects as a ritual of beauty and impermanence.
- Cooking as Ceremony – preparing a shared meal with intention, gratitude, and mindfulness, honouring food as nourishment for body and spirit.
- Herbal Medicine Kitchen – simple plant-based remedies (like teas, infusions, or tinctures) that participants can make and take home.
- Sensory Food Meditation – exploring taste, smell, texture, and gratitude in a slow, mindful way with fresh fruits or local foods.
- Regulation Through Rhythm – drumming, shaking, or dancing to release stored energy and re-find natural rhythm.
Pendulation in Practice – guiding participants to move gently between comfort and activation with journaling/art to integrate. - Shadow Integration Circle – exploring hidden or denied parts of self through story, movement, and reflection.
- Integration & Reflection Workshops
Journaling for the Soul – guided prompts for self-inquiry, compassion, and inner wisdom. - Community Story Weaving – participants share personal insights or stories, creating collective healing through witnessing.
