Creative Arts Programs

Creative Arts Programme
Our Creative Arts Programme invites participants to explore self-expression through natural materials and simple artistic practices. Working with textures, colours, and patterns found in nature fosters connection, play, and reflection. These sessions aren’t about creating “perfect” art—they are about slowing down, listening, and discovering beauty in what is already around us.

  • Pine Cone Mandalas – arranging pinecones, stones, and leaves in circular patterns that symbolise wholeness and impermanence.
  • Scent & Memory with Pine – creating small pine sachets or bundles to connect participants with grounding aromas linked to memory and presence.
  • Leaf Printing – using leaves with paint/ink to stamp unique patterns onto fabric or paper, exploring impermanence and imprint.
  • Gratitude Leaves – writing intentions or gratitudes on leaves and offering them to a fire, stream, or earth as ritual.
  • Wishing Tree – participants write hopes or affirmations on ribbons/fabric and tie them onto branches.
  • Branch Weaving – weaving yarn, grasses, or flowers into branches to create organic, textured art pieces.
  • Found Object Altars – creating small personal altars with gathered stones, feathers, cones, and leaves to honour inner journeys.
  • Earth Mandalas – collaborative land-art projects built from natural items (like Andy Goldsworthy–inspired creations).
  • Story Stones – painting or drawing on smooth stones with symbols that represent a moment of the retreat journey.
