- Guided body scan- with attention to contact points on the earth
- Tree leaning- Resting back against a tree, sensing it's rootedness ans reflecting on personal sources of strength.
- Bee friendly planting- planting wildfowers and herbs that support pollinators.
- River immersion- gentle wading in the river, focusing on the sensations of flow, release, and renewal.
